03/11/20 - Shipping Update:

The United States has issued a suspension of international flights to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Our packages are shipped via airmail and will experience a delay in shipping as the flow of international parcels have slowed down drastically. Our Guarantee still remains in affect. Customers will be notified via email if there are any changes impacting our service.

04/22/20 - Shipping Update

Orders placed on 03/09/20 & 03/10/20 are subject to an additional 15 day delay. Every order placed on these days have been held at international customs for longer than usual. We are adding an additional 15 days to Our Guarantee until futher notice due to the events of COVID-19 around the world. Over the last two months (Feb. 29 - Apr. 30) approximately 5% of our order volume has experienced a delay at customs for an unpredictable number of days. Although the percentage is small and the situation has been caused by unprecedented events, it still impacts the level of service that we aim to provide.
